ROBOTIS OP2 WARRANTY & LOCAL MAINTENANCE

A. Basic Warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.

B. Basic warranty does not cover ordinary wear/tear or any damage caused by followings.

i. Physical damage equivalent to dropping the robot from +20cm in height.

ii. Disabling system safety function (DYNAMIXEL Overload Shutdown)

iii. Dangerous movement (jump, roll, fight) or excessive operation without rest

iv. Any liquid or unauthorized chemical material to the robot

v. Unauthorized power or electric shock applied to the robot

vi. Improvising core system programming area.

C. All users are required to do local maintenance on their own, or by certified local partner. (fee applies for latter case)

D. Core system maintenance must be done through RMA process by ROBOTIS Head Office in Korea only.

E. To maintain continuous technical support and quality assurance, all users are required to register at Product Registration (http://support.robotis.com)
